The STM32G030K6T6 is a cost-effective, high-performance microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' STM32G0 series, built on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core. Operating at up to 48 MHz, it combines energy efficiency with robust functionality, making it suitable for embedded applications requiring a balance of processing power and low power consumption.
This device features 32 KB of Flash memory and 8 KB of SRAM, along with an embedded EEPROM for data retention. It integrates versatile peripherals such as USART, SPI, I2C, a 12-bit ADC, PWM timers, and a real-time clock (RTC). Its compact package (e.g., LQFP32) and GPIO flexibility simplify PCB design while supporting applications like industrial control, sensor interfaces, and motor control.
A key advantage is its low-power capabilities: it consumes <100 µA/MHz in active mode, drops to 3–8 µA in Stop mode (with RTC running), and achieves <1 µA in Standby mode. This makes it ideal for battery-operated devices such as wearables, IoT nodes, and smart home systems.
The STM32G030K6T6 also includes a factory-calibrated internal HSI oscillator (up to 48 MHz) and supports external crystals for precise timing. Backed by ST’s STM32Cube ecosystem, it offers easy development with libraries and tools for industrial, consumer, and IoT applications.
